No. Every tile uses adjacent integer pixel boundaries. Together, the tiles cover every source pixel exactly once, including the right and bottom edges.

Why can some tile dimensions differ by one pixel?

If an image width or height is not divisible by the selected grid, mathematically equal whole-pixel tiles are impossible. The remainder is distributed across tiles, so sizes differ by at most one pixel without cropping or duplicating pixels.
